James Evans – Commercial/Civil Litigation Partner James Evans is the Litigation Partner in the practice. He is a lawyer with international legal experience spanning over 15 years in the Republic of Ireland and other jurisdictions. He is qualified to practise as a lawyer in the Republic of Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws. The latter of these degrees concentrating on the areas of commercial and insurance litigation. James has worked for a top five Irish law firm and also a medium sized practice in Dublin. He has domestic and international experience having worked with clients throughout Europe, Australia, Canada and the United States. He has acted for a range of clients including individuals, Government, small businesses, insurance companies and financial institutions. He has acted for these clients, whether Plaintiffs of Defendant in all courts in Ireland. His experience has seen him work on a number of major litigation cases. James is also a fully Accredited Mediator and has secured this accreditation through Mediation Forum Ireland. He is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the Greater Blanchardstown Chamber of Commerce. Any
