We
are aware that litigation can be a time consuming and costly exercise.
Consequently,
we recognise it is in the best interests of our clients to ensure
all disputes are resolved in the most efficient and effective manner;
this means both terms of time and cost.
Part
of this process is keeping our clients fully informed of the progress
of any litigation from beginning to end and providing practical
legal and strategic advice about how best to manage litigation.
We
are committed to utilising alternate dispute resolution (including
mediation and arbitration), where appropriate and available, to
achieve the quickest and most effective results for our clients.
This includes entering into negotiations with other parties to the
litigation in order to get an early resolution of any matter.
In
the event litigation is necessary, we have the practical experience
and expertise to vigorously assert and defend our clients’
rights before all Irish and European courts.
As
part of our commitment to the utilisation of Alternative Dispute
Resolution, our firm offers a Mediation Service. Our Principal, James Evans, is an experienced mediator, accredited through Mediation Forum Ireland. The aim of our Mediation Service
is to promote Alternative Dispute Resolution processes and provide
the means of resolving disputes in a non- adversarial manner, as
a means of conflict avoidance, management and reduction.
Enquiries
in relation to our Mediation Service should be directed to our Principal James Evans.
